BE IT RESOLVED that the Board hereby acknowledges receipt of the letter from Sean Fraser, Assistant Deputy Minister, Municipal and Housing Operations Division, regarding the 2025‑2026 allocation to the Hearst Planning Board for planning services in the Unincorporated Territories. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chair and Secretary‑Treasurer be authorized and directed to execute the Ontario Transfer Payment Agreement with His Majesty the King in right of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, for a grant of $25,894.
