BE IT RESOLVED that the list of correspondence presented at the July 30, 2025 regular meeting, be hereby filed.

WHEREAS the Hearst Planning Board engaged the professional accounting services of Baker Tilly HKC for the purpose of auditing its Financial Statement for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024; and WHEREAS the Board has reviewed the audit deliverables submitted by Baker Tilly HKC and finds them to be satisfactory; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Hearst Planning Board hereby accepts the audited Financial Statement for the fiscal year 2024, as submitted by Baker Tilly HKC; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned Financial Statement is annexed hereto and shall form an integral part of this resolution.
