BE IT RESOLVED that this Board hereby acknowledges receipt of the letter from Hannah Evans, Assistant Deputy Minister, Municipal Services Division re.; 2024- 2025 allocation to the Hearst Planning Board for the delivery of planning services in the Unincorporated Territories in the Hearst Planning Area BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chair and Secretary-Treasurer by hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing with respect to the provision of a grant in the amount of $25,894 to assist the Hearst Planning Board to deliver planning services to the unincorporated territories of the Hearst Planning Area.
